ホームボーイのRICが旧正月で中国に帰国中の為、再びブログ任務に復帰しようと思う。
今回は、海外製であるが、東京マルイ製各種ハンドガンにそのまま使用できるもののうち、興味深いものをピックアップしてみた。

i`ve picked up a couple of unique GBB mags that are TM originals compatible.

特にこのP226用の２０ｒｄ延長マガジンは、対テロ、CQBの真のマスターであり続ける英国SAS　CRWチームの要求によって製作されたものである。言うまでもなく、CQBのスペシャリスト達はそのピストルスキルを、ダブルタップ（もちろんCRWの発明）で磨き上げる。ゆえに弾の消費も2倍速となるのだ。　人類にとって”対テロ時代”の幕開け的事件といえる１９８０年、ロンドンのイラン大使館事件において、突入するSAS　CRW隊員たちはすでに２０ｒｄ延長マガジンを装着したBrowning HPピストルを装備していた。

These, especially the 20rd extended mags for P226 pistols were originally created for the SAS CRW teams, the true masters in CQB and counter-terror operations of all time. Needless to say, CQB specialists perfect their pistol skill with their infamous "double-tapping"(also developed by SAS CRW), which obviously doubles their ammo consumption. SAS CRW teams storming the Iranian embassy in 1980 were already seen carrying their Browning HP pistols fitted with 20rd extended mags.

WE製　グロックシリーズ用　軽量プラスチック外装マガジン。左＝マルイ純正亜鉛製。　右＝WE製プラスチック外装版。

実銃のGlockマガジンはポリマープラスチック製（リップ部は金属で補強されている）であるのに対し、マルイ製およびそのコピーのGBBマガジンは、できうる限りの熱伝導性を考え亜鉛合金でできている。自分も含む実銃Glock所持者達はこのWE製、GBB用プラスティック外装カスタムマガジンの登場に興味しんしんであろうが、　当然だがプラ素材の外装は外気温のマガジンへの熱伝導をアイソレートしてしまうであろう。

While the real steel Glock mags are made of polymer plastic (with a metal reinforcement on mag lips), TM
based GBB Glock replicas all come with zinc alloy mags for their obvious anti-cool-down characteristics.
Real steel Glock owners like myself would definately appreciate these WE plastic cased custom mags in terms of realism, but yea,,, plastic outer shell would isolate the heat-transfer in good measure, not suited for GBB magazines in general.
