ROE "Rules of Engagent" for our clearance sales (ENG)
As for many other Japanese retail businesses, FORTRESS Ikebukuro is also expecting hectic days in the up-coming new year sale (Dec 27th - Jan 4th) ...
Considering the recent media exposure as well as the experience we had in our opening sale, we`ve come up with some basic disciplinary regulations and rules for customers making lines, in and outside the store for our sale items.
Disrespecting our RoE, you`d be denied of entrance into our store, refused of your purchase or respectably kicked out.
Since the waiting line is presumed un-avoidable factor when it comes to FORTRESS sales. customers are hereby expected to understand these regulations and rules upon getting on the waiting lines.
Above map shows the order on how to make a proper waiting line in front of our store so that the public traffic would`t be disturbed. Please make sure to leave spaces infront of those crossings and streets.
1. Do not make or get on any waiting lines before the 2hr prior to our opening time. Be aware, The line created any earlier is considered "ineffective" by our staffs. Over-night waiting strictly prohibited.
2.Keep the line single and straight. Anyone out of the line is immediately "disqualified".
3.No sitting, No public-disturbing activities allowed while on the line.
4.No littering.
5.No line-cutting nor "reserving" your position, however the 10min bathroom break is accepted.
***Staffs may come in check and investigate with everyone to find out who`s on line and who`s not.
6.Fortress staffs as well as several media personnel may photograph the waiting line. If you don`t consent to press release of your image, do not get on the line.
7.In order to shorten the line, FORTRESS staffs may issue you a numbered ticket. if given the ticket, you must leave the line immediately to clear out the street, then come back to the storefront exactly10mins prior to the opening. Staffs will check your ticket and its number, then place you in the early-birds entrance group.
8.FORTRESS is not responsible for any loss of your personal belongings nor any troubles caused by the waiting line.
9.Being on the waiting line for the FORTRESS sale, you are agreeing to follow the guidance from FORTRESS Staffs at all time. and can be "disqualified" and thus immediately denied of your rights to remain on the line.
10. Remember. The FORTRESS staffs define the rules, not anyone else.
